Ingredients

  • 1 gallon vanilla ice cream (or fat free frozen yogurt)
  • 1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip (can use light or fat free)
  • 3/4 - 1 cup dark Creme de Cacao
  • 3/4 - 1 cup brandy

Method

  • Soften ice cream, in a VERY large bown mix all together with a hand held electric mixer. Pour back into ice cream bucket and freeze. Cooking time is freezing time. Liquors listed above are for a Brandy Alexander. Can vary:.
