- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 c. fresh basil, loosely packed
- 1 c. fresh Italian parsley, loosely packed
- 1/4 c. fresh celery leaves, loosely packed
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chives
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. Silken tofu
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and chop until fine.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until creamy.
- Yield: approximately 2 cups.
