- 2 Potatoes
Method
- I used 2 medium sized Irish Cobbler potatoes this time.
- It's been 2 weeks since I bought them.
- Wash them well and remove any sprouts if necessary.
- Place them on a microwave-safe dish and fill with about 1-2 cm of water.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave at 500 W for 5 minutes.
- Turn them over and microwave for another 3 minutes.
- (Be careful not to burn yourself!)
- [If only cooking 1 potato] Microwave for 3 minutes, flip over and microwave for another 3 minutes, and then it will be soft.
- [If cooking a large amount or large-sized potatoes] Microwave for 3 minutes, flip over, and repeat.
- They're done once a toothpick can slide right through!
- (If you think that they are just a little too hard, leave them be and they will continue cooking in residual heat.
