Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. m.s.g.
- 1 qt. water
Method
- Braise hamburger; when half done add onion, crushed red pepper, garlic and sugar.
- When onions are brown, add paprika, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, flour, m.s.g. (this stuff is pure protein, use it) and
- quart water.
- Simmer in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
