Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2/3 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. m.s.g.
  • 1 qt. water

Method

  • Braise hamburger; when half done add onion, crushed red pepper, garlic and sugar.
  • When onions are brown, add paprika, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, flour, m.s.g. (this stuff is pure protein, use it) and
  • quart water.
  • Simmer in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
