Ingredients
- 1 hand basket Hungarian hot wax peppers
- vinegar, heated
- salt
Method
- Wash peppers and slice in rings.
- Shake out most seeds.
- Pack into clean hot jars.
- Place 1/2 teaspoon salt in each jar.
- Heat enough vinegar to fill jars 1/2-inch from top.
- Wipe edges of jars and seal.
- Let set.
