Ingredients

  • 1 lg. block Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage (don't use sausage with sage)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pound hamburger meat
  • 1 can diced Rotel
  • 1 lg. jar Old El Paso chunky salsa
  • 2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Brown meats.
  • Drain.
  • Cut Velveeta into small cubes.
  • Add in Rotel, soup and salsa.
  • Cook till cheese is melted.
  • Add in meats.
  • Serve with chips.
  • Makes a meal!
  • (You can substitute other brands in this recipe; however, I find the taste is better if you don't.)
