Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. fruit cocktail
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. flour
Method
- Cream sugar and eggs.
- Add 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon soda. Stir in 2 cups fruit cocktail, until well blended.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts on top of batter.
- Bake 40 minutes at 325°.
