Ingredients
- 3/4 c. finely ground green pepper
- 1/4 c. finely ground red chili pepper or jalapeno
- 1 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid pectin
- Green food coloring (if desired)
Method
- Combine peppers, vinegar, and sugar.
- Bring to a rolling boil, and then add liquid pectin.
- Bring back to boil; let boil three to four minutes longer.
- Add a few drops of food coloring for color desired. Take off heat; continue to stir for several minutes longer.
- Seal in pint size sterile jars.
