Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. bacon, diced
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 (1 lb. 15 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can lima beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke

Method

  • Fry hamburger, bacon and onions; drain and put into crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook 4 to 6 hours on low or 1 hour on high.
  • Can be cooked in regular pot about 1 hour.
  • Stir frequently.
