- 4 Tbsp. Weight Watchers mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. basil leaves
- 12 oz. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
- 6 oz. corkscrew pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (low calorie ones), cooked, drained and cooled
Method
- In
- large
- bowl, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, cheese and basil. Mix
- in chicken, pasta and vegetables.
- Chill at least one hour before serving.
