Ingredients

  • 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1 jar (18 oz.) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
  • 1 bag (2 lb.) confectioners sugar
  • 1 lb. salted peanuts

Method

  • In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth.
  • Spread half into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Chill until firm.
