- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 jar (18 oz.) creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
- 1 bag (2 lb.) confectioners sugar
- 1 lb. salted peanuts
Method
- In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth.
- Spread half into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Chill until firm.
