Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cut into small bits
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Method

  • Fry bacon, drain and crumble.
  • Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  • Add cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in sour cream and crumbled bacon.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and serve with crackers or bread.
