- 4 slices bacon
- 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cut into small bits
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Fry bacon, drain and crumble.
- Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream and crumbled bacon.
- Pour into a serving bowl and serve with crackers or bread.
