Ingredients
- 2 lb. potatoes, cooked in jackets
- 6 to 8 slices bacon, fried crisp
- 1/3 c. bacon grease
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- pepper
Method
- Peel and dice potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
- Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons water to a boil.
- Saute onions in bacon grease.
- Break bacon into small pieces.
- Mix all together and add to hot diced potatoes.
