Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 sq. bitter chocolate
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large can evaporated milk
Method
- Melt margarine and chocolate over hot water in double boiler. Stir in milk and sugar alternately.
- Add salt.
- Use low heat and cook at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook over water to reheat any remaining sauce.
