Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Wrap each chicken piece in a strip of bacon.
- Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch glass pan with beef pieces.
- Arrange chicken breasts on beef.
- Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Bake at 275°, uncovered, 3 hours.
- (May also be baked at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.)
