Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. chives
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. 10x sugar
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
Method
- Mix together all ingredients except crabmeat.
- Add crabmeat. Put in greased shallow baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers.
