Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine pecans and margarine and toast in 350° oven for 10 minutes.
- Drain on paper towel and cool.
- Melt cream cheese over low heat.
- Remove from heat and add powdered sugar gradually.
- Add the 1 teaspoon vanilla and cooled pecans.
- Pour into a buttered dish and chill before cutting into squares.
