Ingredients
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
- 1/2 can SL water chestnuts (julienne style)
- pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. halved green grapes
- sliced almonds (optional)
Method
- Mix together all but last 3 ingredients; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes until heated, stirring once.
- Mix in lettuce and grapes; sprinkle with almonds.
- Serves 4.
