Ingredients

  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 can SL water chestnuts (julienne style)
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c. white wine
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 c. halved green grapes
  • sliced almonds (optional)

Method

  • Mix together all but last 3 ingredients; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes until heated, stirring once.
  • Mix in lettuce and grapes; sprinkle with almonds.
  • Serves 4.
