Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless chicken breast
- 1 pkg. swiss cheese
- 1/2 lb. deli ham
- 1/2 can chicken broth
- 1 box chicken rice
Method
- Flatten out chicken by pounding with mallet.
- Place 1 slice Swiss cheese and 1 slice ham.
- Roll up chicken breast and stick 1 to 2 toothpicks through it to hold it together.
- Add chicken broth. Put in 350° oven until cheese starts melting.
- Prepare rice.
- Place rice on plate and put 1 or 2 Cordon Bleu on top.
- Serve and enjoy.
