Ingredients
- 6 qt. popcorn (keep it warm)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. molasses
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. butter
Method
- Boil sugar and molasses 5 minutes (no longer).
- Remove from heat.
- Add butter and soda.
- Stir mixture until it becomes foamy. Pour over popcorn.
- Mix well.
- Keep hands slightly buttered; form into balls.
