- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1/2 onion
- 1 bud garlic
- 1 green onion top
- 1/2 green pepper
- 3/4 stalk celery
- 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. capers
- 1 hard-cooked egg
- 2 1/2 c. French mustard
- 1/4 c. Creole mustard
- 1 1/4 tsp. vinegar
- 1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Method
- Chop ingredients down to egg medium fine.
- Cut egg in small chunks.
- Mix with all other ingredients.
- If so desired, you may mix anchovy paste for taste.
