Ingredients
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds or chopped cashew nuts
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Mix ingredients together except for cheese and chips.
- Top with cheese and chips.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 450° oven. Serves 10 to 12.
