Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 large green onions (scallions) chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Cook bacon, drain and crumble.
- In a four-cup glass measure, soften cream cheese.
- Stir in sour cream, remaining ingredients and the bacon.
- Heat 30 to 40 seconds in microwave oven before serving.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
