Ingredients
- 1 pie crust for double crust pie
- 4 c. rhubarb, cut into small pieces
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Beat eggs until foamy.
- Add sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Mix egg mixture into rhubarb.
- Put into a deep pie pan with crust. Cover with crisscross crust.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
