- 5 lb. spareribs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. catsup
- 10 drops liquid smoke
- 1/8 c. lemon juice
Method
- Wash spareribs in salt water.
- Pat dry, cut spareribs into medium sized pieces.
- Place ribs into a large pan.
- Add seasonings and other ingredients.
- Cover ribs, put into oven and bake at 375° for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
