Ingredients
- 4 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 tsp. diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 sliced hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix and chill overnight.
- Put in casserole dish.
- Top with 2/3 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips.
- Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
