- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds or water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. pimentos
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Mix ingredients.
- Put 2 cups of crushed potato chips in bottom of casserole (save some for the top).
- Put rest of ingredients in casserole.
- Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
- Serves 8.
