Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 kg beef mince
- 1 large onion, diced
- 12 teaspoon diced garlic or 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (825 g) can tomato soup (Big Red)
Method
- Brown beef mince, onion and garlic together in a frying pan or saucepan,.
- Add tomato soup (Not Diluted) and heat through,.
- Add in cooked rice mix well until heated through.
- Serve :).
- Add some frozen diced vegetables for a bit of a healthy kick for children and they will never taste them.
