Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sweet milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
Method
- Beat eggs.
- Blend together sugar and flour.
- Stir into eggs with remaining ingredients.
- Mix by hand or with mixer.
- Pour into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until coconut is browned and pie is firm.
