Ingredients

  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives

Method

  • In a shallow dish or pie plate, combine all ingredients, except pepperoni and olives.
  • Top mixture with pepperoni and olives.
  • Bake at 325° about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Serve with rye chips, crackers of choice or assorted fresh vegetables. Yield: 36 appetizer servings.
