Ingredients
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
Method
- In a shallow dish or pie plate, combine all ingredients, except pepperoni and olives.
- Top mixture with pepperoni and olives.
- Bake at 325° about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with rye chips, crackers of choice or assorted fresh vegetables. Yield: 36 appetizer servings.
