- 2 sticks oleo or butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 c. cake flour (I prefer Swans Down)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Cream together oleo or butter and Crisco.
- Add sugar.
- Mix well and add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
- Add sour cream, cake flour, baking soda, coconut, almond extract, coconut extract and vanilla extract.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325° in tube pan.
