Ingredients
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can mushroom soup
- potato chips or Ritz crackers
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except crackers.
- Put crumbled potato chips or crackers on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
