Ingredients
- 3 celery stalks
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 oz. garlic cheese spread
- margarine or butter
Method
- Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in small amount of margarine until onion is tender.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.
- Combine celery mixture, broccoli and soup; mix well.
- Melt cheese in a different pan, stir in broccoli mixture.
- Let cook on slow heat about 5 minutes.
- Serve over French bread or use with vegetable sticks.
