Ingredients

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 oz. garlic cheese spread
  • margarine or butter

Method

  • Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in small amount of margarine until onion is tender.
  • Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.
  • Combine celery mixture, broccoli and soup; mix well.
  • Melt cheese in a different pan, stir in broccoli mixture.
  • Let cook on slow heat about 5 minutes.
  • Serve over French bread or use with vegetable sticks.
