Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, cut in small pieces and crushed
- 1 stick butter/margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 lemons
Method
- Lay shrimp in pan.
- Pour butter over and squeeze lemon juice over.
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Bake shrimp for 2 minutes.
- Turn over; add slices of lemon with rind and bake for another 2 minutes.
