Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, cut
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Leave in pan, undrained.
- Add water and vinegar to dry ingredients.
- Add to fried bacon pieces in pan. Cook, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Excellent on spinach salad.
