Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (12 oz.) Heinz chili sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) jar grape jelly
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- pinch of garlic
Method
- Combine all ingredients except meat.
- Simmer 1 to 2 hours. Shape meatballs and drop into sauce. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
- Makes 50 meatballs.
