Ingredients
- 6 c. yellow summer squash
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Method
- You may use 2 pints canned yellow squash, drained.
