Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 small onions, chopped
- 2 c. chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. chow mein noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Method
- Brown meat; add celery and onions and cook until vegetables are transparent.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Save 1/4 cup noodles to cover.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
