- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. chicken broth
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1 or 2 large garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together until blended or combine in a blender until smooth.
- Chicken broth helps replace some of the oil.
- Extra virgin olive oil has a fuller, fruitier flavor then regular olive oil.
- Makes about 1/2 cup.
