Ingredients

  • 1 fluffy, soft, and rich honey bread dough
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 ~ 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 30 grams Raisins

Method

  • Make the honey dough until the first rising and then let sit for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine the ingredients and leave at room temperature.
  • Chop the raisins.
  • Punch down the dough, and roll it out into a 30cm x 25cm rectangle.
  • Spread the ingredients evenly onto the dough, leaving a space of 1 cm around the edges.
  • Scatter the chopped raisins on top.
  • Neatly roll up the dough and tightly seal the seam.
  • Roll the dough around and around to smooth out the closed edge.
  • Dip a knife in water and cut the dough into 8 sections.
  • Don't saw at the dough;cut it with one smooth slice.
  • Start cutting the sections from the middle, instead of from the end.
  • Let rise a second time for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200C and bake for 12~15 minutes.
  • Adjust the baking time to suit your oven.
