Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Spinach
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 carrots, mushrooms, etc. Your choice of vegetables
Method
- Chop the spinach into bite-sized pieces.
- Beat the egg, then lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the spinach.
- Sprinkle in the soy sauce, stir in the beaten egg and serve.
