Ingredients
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. corn syrup or 1/2 c. honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar in a small bowl.
- Blend honey or syrup and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, cocoa and salt.
- Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in nuts.
- Pour into greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes until brownies pull away from sides of pan.
