Ingredients
- 1 lb. potatoes (3 large)
- 12 oz. pkg. hot dogs
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Method
- Peel and dice potatoes.
- Dice hot dogs and chop onion.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet.
- Add potatoes and onion.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add hot dogs and cook for 10 minutes until brown.
- Add mustard, mix well.
- Serves 4.
