Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken
- salt
- pepper
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 2 pinches of ground ginger
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/3 c. honey
Method
- Salt and pepper chicken on one side.
- Mix rest of ingredients and add chicken.
- Place in refrigerator overnight.
- Barbecue on low until chicken is cooked.
