Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Method
- Mix sugar, corn syrup and butter.
- Bring to boiling point. Beat eggs.
- Gradually add syrup mixture.
- Add nuts, salt and vanilla.
- Pour into pastry shell and bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
