Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can Hormel chunk ham
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion (dehydrated type)
Method
- Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate until firm.
- Shape into ball and roll in finely chopped pecans.
