Ingredients
- 2 lb. (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) chickens, cut up or 8 chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan.
- In small saucepan, melt butter with a whisk.
- Mix in honey Dijon mustard, salt and curry until well mixed.
