Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1 Tbsp. tahini
- juice of 1 1/2 lemons to taste
- salt to taste
- garlic powder to taste
Method
- Blend chickpeas in food processor.
- Add tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic powder to taste.
- Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with oil on top and parsley.
- Serve with pita bread as a dip.
