Ingredients
- 7 c. cucumbers, sliced
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Method
- Mix together in 1/2 gallon jar.
- Cover with Saran for as long as it lasts.
- (Do not cook.)
- Shake up two or three times a day as long as they last.
- They are ready to eat after 3 days.
- Very good and crisp.
- This can be doubled, but use a larger container.
- Saran Wrap keeps lid from rusting.
