Ingredients
- 1 c. very warm water
- 1 (1 oz.) envelope active dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- salad oil
Method
- Pour water into a very warm bowl.
- Sprinkle yeast over the water, stirring until yeast is dissolved.
- Add sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons salad oil, again stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add 1 1/2 cups of the flour.
- Beat well. Stir in remaining flour.
